Shipping times
UK delivery options and the estimated arrival date are shown at checkout. Orders over £100 qualify for free next-day delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Orders over £100 qualify for free next-day delivery. Any other available delivery service and its price are shown clearly at checkout before payment.
Returns and exchanges
We offer 30-day hassle-free returns. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
To start a return or exchange, email ukhedera@gmail.com with your order number and the item or size involved. We will reply with the correct return instructions.
Order changes
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We will help when the order has not yet entered processing, but changes cannot be guaranteed after packing or dispatch.
